Presets act on RAW and JPEG files from any camera. They are tuned on Fujifilm files, so expect to nudge exposure slightly on other bodies.
You need Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC or the free Lightroom Mobile app. DNG files work on Lightroom Mobile without a paid plan.
