Recipes are Fujifilm in-camera settings. Not every field exists on every body, so some settings may not apply on older cameras. The recipe lists the camera it was made on.
No. A recipe changes the JPEG your Fujifilm produces in-camera. A preset is applied afterwards in Lightroom. Many photographers use both.
