Frequently asked questions

How do I save a recipe?

Open any recipe and tap Save. Your saved recipes live under Library → Saved. You’ll need a free account to save recipes across devices.

What are collections?

Collections let you group recipes your way — for example by camera, mood, or project. Tap Collection on any recipe to add it to one, or create a new collection from Library → Collections.

How do I find recipes for my camera?

Use the “Best for your camera” section, or filter the recipe list by your camera model. Recipes are matched to your camera’s sensor so the settings work as intended.

What does Filmsim Pro include?

Pro unlocks every premium recipe, an unlimited personal portfolio, unlimited collections, and early access to new recipes. A 7-day free trial is available.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select Filmsim Recipes. If you cancel during the free trial, you won’t be charged. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I submit my own recipe?

Tap the + New Recipe button in your account, fill in the cover photo, settings, and details, then submit it for review. Approved recipes may be featured in the app.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account → Delete account in the app and follow the confirmation steps. This permanently removes your account, recipes, saved items, collections, and uploaded images.
